Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened tea products for hygiene and food safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you are genuinely unhappy with the quality, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at

We will always do our best to make things right, whether that’s a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
